Dr. Campbell have a PhD in Management from Walden University, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change.  He has over nine years of experience as an core/adjunct faculty at various universities teaching Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Leadership, Management and Public Policy courses.  Dr. Campbell is a contributing author in Breakthrough Mentoring in the 21st Century by Dr. Walter McCollum.  His research interest include the interrelationships between leadership, emotional intelligence, organizational change, and organizational culture.  Also, the impact of mentorship and career development on succession planning within private and public organizations.

  • Doctoral Cohort Leader and Lead Peer Mentor:  Coordinated, directed, and administered a PhD and DBA cohort of 21 students at Walden University using E-college and interactive media technology to teach the dissertation process, including the prospectus, proposal, literature review, research methods, results, and oral defense
